Soeneido: "About 3 years ago to the date I released a ninja themed jungle ep titled Deadly Venom Weapon. It was a lot of fun scrolling through various retro ninja movies and gathering samples, so I decided to work on a sequel. Hence... Scorpion Lair. I tried pitching the album idea around to other labels for a while, but since it was so specific and I wanted full control over the artwork and promo material - I therefore decided to put it out myself under the Lotek imprint. I had a lot of fun making these tunes - Hope you enjoy!
