This website is operated by 1800 Dubplate Ltd trading as Planet Wax. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable, or an error has occurred with pricing or stock levels, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them where necessary.
Images are provided for illustration and packaging or labels may vary slightly from those shown.
Pre-Orders
Release dates for pre-order items are set by labels and distributors and may occasionally change. If a release date moves, orders will be fulfilled once the item becomes available.
Shop Floor / Last Copy Items
Planet Wax is a physical record shop as well as an online store, and occasionally the final copy of an item available online may be a shop floor copy.
Shop floor copies may have been handled by customers or used for in-store listening, and the sleeve or vinyl may show minor cosmetic signs of handling.
Where possible we will inspect and clean shop floor copies before shipping. These copies are still considered new items unless otherwise stated.
Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect playback are not considered faults.
If you would like to confirm the condition of the final copy before ordering, please feel free to contact us and we will happily check it for you. If we identify anything notable, we will hold your order and contact you before dispatch to confirm you are happy for us to proceed.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
Planet Wax will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from purchases made through it.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Purchases made through this website are also subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are available on this website.
