Planet Wax Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Days

Orders are currently shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We aim to pick, pack and ship any orders placed before 12pm on a shipping day on the same day. Orders placed after this time will normally be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

During busy periods there may occasionally be small delays, but we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Services

Due to the high volume of parcels being sent both nationally and internationally, we currently only offer tracked shipping services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items in the order are available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, please contact us and we can arrange to split the order. Please note that additional postage costs will apply for this option.

Release dates for pre-order items are set by labels and distributors and may occasionally change. If a release date moves, we will ship your order once the item becomes available.


Pick-up In Store

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Please note that if your order contains pre-order items, the order will not be marked as ready until those items have been released.

If you would like to collect any in-stock items earlier, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this.


Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. While we are happy to assist with tracking and investigating any issues, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
