Thanks for your interest in our Open Decks series. Over the last couple years we’ve explored many different formats – making these events fun and enjoyable for everyone - as well as making it stress free for the staff!

This is an example of the sign-up sheet you will find on entry to Planet Wax, please read the checklist before signing the form!

Checklist:

1. I have my music, on VINYL, USB of CD format
2. I have my own headphones, and headphone adapter (3.5mm to 3/4-inch)
3. I agree to respect the equipment, and noise levels.
4. I understand that by entering in this draw, I am not guaranteed a slot.
